Vision: Make Edmonton the most worker-friendly and innovation-forward city in Canada.

Policy Priorities:

• Launch the Edmonton Innovation Lab, a City-supported incubator focused on clean energy, AI, agri-tech, and First Nations entrepreneurship.

• Create a Civic Tech & Open Data Accelerator to partner with local developers, researchers, and universities to build tech that improves city services.

• Attract & Retain Talent by supporting co-op programs, reducing red tape for startups, and offering rent relief incentives for young entrepreneurs.

• Support worker-owned businesses and co-ops through City grants and partnerships with labour unions and credit unions.

• Prioritize local hiring and local suppliers, especially in green industries.
